About Teri-Anna

Teri-Anna Libby is a current first year student in the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Algonquin College. She has completed her Can Fit Pro Personal Training Specialist course and is a candidate for certification in 2017. Teri-Anna turned a love and passion of healthy living and sport into a career. She has been involved and working in the fitness industry for 3 years. With experience in personal training, group fitness instructing, sport supplement sales and sport conditioning, Teri-Anna brings a wide varieties of training varieties to her programs and is motivated to make each program suitable and enjoyable for each of her clients. Her motivational and inspiration personality brings the concepts of fitness and wellness, two interrelated concepts together to teach each client what they need to sustain the healthy lifestyle they thrive for. She specializes in personal training, group fitness classes, strength & conditioning training and more. Wellness is widely recognized and incorporated where suitable. Teri-Anna utilizes many different methods to custom to each client’s personal lifestyle. Teri-Anna offers accessible training both online and in person. Teri-Anna established TL Fitness in 2015 in hopes to spark her passion for entrepreneurship, fitness and wellness into a career and a way to share her passion with the world.
